Who we are

What we collect

• Dispatch signups: your email address, the concept you said interests you (optional), and the date and version of the consent you gave.
• Spam protection: to limit repeated signup attempts, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for up to one hour and then deleted automatically. Your IP address itself is not stored with your signup.
• Messages you send us by email.
• Technical data collected by our hosting provider in server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

We do not currently sell products, so we do not collect payment or delivery details.

Why we use it

To send you the Dispatch you asked for, to understand which concepts people are interested in, to answer your messages, and to keep the site secure. Our basis for Dispatch emails is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it

• Hostinger — website hosting; signup data is stored in our WordPress database on their servers.
• Google Fonts — our typefaces load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

Dispatch signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Rate-limiting hashes expire after one hour.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce need to function. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. This section will be updated if that changes.
