Temporal Compass
A retro-futurist dial instrument with a custom face, metal-look housing and display stand.
Concept render — design not finalized
The Temporal Compass is a static desk collectible: a retro-futurist dial instrument with a custom face, a metal-look housing and its own display stand.
The design idea
Old navigation instruments meet speculative interface design: engraved-style markings, an asymmetric bezel and a face that suggests readings without claiming to take any. It is the simplest object in the archive, which makes it a strong candidate for a credible first release.
What it is not
It does not tell time, measure anything or point anywhere in particular. The timelines belong to the fictional dossier only.
